VISION has been funded by the European Commission to deliver a study in the field of "simulation, visualisation and visual computing" to help the Commission make informed decision on future coverage and approaches towards these fields within a future post 2013 EU Research and Innovation Programme. The study will analyse and assess the position of the EU research community industry and entrepreneurship analysing research and market potentia, identifying potential key players that should be involved in future R&D priorities.
